I really don’t know what kind of customer service this is, but it seems to match the poor quality of their lights.

The remote is just a cheap piece of junk, no doubt about it. And their email support is just as bad. You can’t reach them by phone at all.

I got a power supply two years back and it conked out on me. I contacted them regarding the 5-year warranty and got a replacement without any hassle. Everything's sorted now. Much appreciated!

I had to grab another piece for my kit, and they were super helpful in waiving the shipping to send it out fast. Just a heads up, when you order those tape light reels, make sure to snag some extra connectors if you plan on cutting the tape. Add those to your order to steer clear of any mix-ups. Everything went smoothly. The only issue I faced was that the item came with a connector meant for the lights. So, do I just chop off the end and wire it directly? It would be nice if the other half of the connector was included, or at least a heads-up during the purchase about needing to buy this part. Quick delivery and solid product overall.

My rating comes from the fact that I’ve been asked to review the shipment, but it hasn’t even left the warehouse yet. It’s been 15 days, and I haven’t seen any tracking updates. I figured the company would prefer I give feedback after I actually get the product.

The lights don’t shine very brightly, but honestly, that’s not the biggest issue. Your app just won’t connect to our Wi-Fi. It seems like it only supports 2.4 Wi-Fi, and when we reached out to customer service, they informed us that the app won’t be usable at all. Really not pleased with this situation...

Hitlights is truly impressive. No matter how basic or complicated your question is, an expert responds quickly and knowledgeably. For more than a year, I've relied on Hitlights for all my project needs. If they don’t carry something, they’ll point you in the right direction to find it. I wouldn’t consider shopping anywhere else.

This is a great LED light kit that comes with a remote and a power supply. All the lights functioned perfectly and are super bright. It offers different modes and lets you dim the lights too. The product arrived fast, and the company got back to my questions in just a few hours.
